Dr Amanda Day, Counsellor (Education) presented ‘Australia’s Vocational Education and Training System’ at India Education Congress 2015 Conference
Dr Amanda Day, Counsellor (Education) made a presentation on ‘Australia’s Vocational Education and Training System’ under the panel discussion - ‘ Skill Development - The Need of the Hour, Measuring Need & Outcome of Skilling India’ in the India Education Congress 2015 conference held in Taj Vivanta, Surajkund, Delhi. The panel discussion was moderated by Mr Ranjan Choudhary, Principal Investing and Incentivising, National Skills Development Corporation (NSDC).
Mr. Dilip Chenoy, Managing Director & CEO, NSDC made a special address at the inaugural session of the conference and acknowledged Australia’s work with India on skill development.
The two day conference brought together education industry experts and provided a platform to discuss various issues in education sector and bring attention to good practices and innovations of the industry.
The conference was attended by formal and informal education stakeholders including corporate entities, associations, Government bodies, Embassies and Councils.
